FAQ

Any Questions Before We Start?

Here are some answers to the questions I get most often. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, check out my Terms and Conditions or get in touch with me directly.

Are You Available Outside of Bern?

Yes. I am based in Bern, Switzerland, and regularly travel across the country for photography work. I also work internationally, so if your event is outside Switzerland, feel free to get in touch.

When Will My Photos Be Ready?

After your event, I carefully go through the photographs and select the moments that best capture the atmosphere and experience of the day. Your finished gallery will normally be ready within 7 to 10 days.

If you need the images sooner, I can provide an express editing service. For events where content is needed immediately, next day delivery or on-site editing during the event can be arranged for an additional fee.

How Will I Receive My Photos?

Your images will be delivered through an online gallery, where you can easily view, share, and download your photos.

You will have access to both:

  • Original high resolution files: ideal for printing and archiving
  • Web optimized files: ideal for websites, social media, and online sharing

What’s the expected photo count?

The number of photos you receive depends on the length and type of your event. I don’t work with a fixed number of photos, as every event is different.

Rather than delivering every photo taken, I carefully select and edit the strongest images that best tell the story of your event. My focus is on quality over quantity, so you receive a selection of photos that capture the best moments of your event.
