Thanks to Erupt, I had the opportunity to be back at HeroFest this year as a photographer.
It was great to experience the event at its new venue, explore the new space, see plenty of familiar faces again, and catch up with people I hadn’t seen in a while.
I also decided to give cosplay photography a try for the first time. As someone who’s naturally quite introverted, approaching people and asking to take their photos isn’t something that comes particularly naturally to me. Still, it was a fun experience, and definitely something I’d like to do more of in the future.
Overall, it was an absolutely goated weekend, hopefully I’ll be there again next year.
